The designer pool is the heart of Berlin Design Selection. It unites independent studios and individual designers based in Berlin who work across furniture, lighting, product and object design. Some run small workshops of their own, others collaborate with manufacturers at home and abroad — all of them share a curiosity for materials and a hands-on design culture that has made Berlin one of the most exciting places for contemporary design.

Each portrait leads to a dedicated page presenting the designer's work, background and current projects. The pool keeps growing: new members join through our open calls for submissions, which we run before every exhibition tour.
